51³Ô¹ÏÍø Fall 2026 Career Fair Wednesday, September 23rd, 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM

This Fall 2026 semester, we are excited to once again host an in-person university-wide career fair here at our Newark, NJ campus. This event is an excellent opportunity to gain access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships.

Standard Registration Includes: 

• Participation of 2 representatives from your organization (with optional add-on of up to 3 additional representatives)
• 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for the duration of the event
• Parking, shuttle service, and lunch included

Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

• Prime table location at the event.
• Inclusion of the organization logo on the flyer, the event's big screen, and the printed directory.
• Priority selection of information session and interview dates before and after the fair.
• Opportunity to participate in the career fair workshops leading up to the event.
• Preferred on-campus parking.

Premium Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

• All of the Event Sponsor benefits listed above
• Promotion through a targeted email blast and social media post
• Sponsorship at our Reverse Career Fair, featuring student leaders of our diverse professional organizations
• Inclusion in "Career Services Sponsors" Handshake Collection for the duration of the semester

Registration Fees

Corporate: $825 up until July 17th, $925 thereafter 
Government / Nonprofit: $425 up until July 17th, $475 thereafter
Small Business (50 Employees or Fewer): $425 up until July 17th, $475 thereafter
Staffing Agency / Third Party Recruiter: $1,025

Optional Add-ons:

Additional Representatives Beyond 2 (Max of 5 Total Representatives):  +$100 per representative 
Access to Electrical Outlet: +$100 
Enhanced Branding (logo on flyer, big screen, and printed directory):  +$200

Sponsorship Options:

Event Sponsor: +$600

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment Deadlines: Early-Bird Registrations must be paid by August 7th. All registrations must be paid by September 9th.
• Cancellations: All cancellations must be emailed to pyoung@njit.edu by August 28th for a full refund. Cancellations received after August 28th will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after September 9th.
• Registrant Responsibility: Submission of an 51³Ô¹ÏÍø career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees. Registered organizations that do not attend the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
