Welcome to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø! We are pleased you will be joining us this Fall!
Save the date! The Fall 2026 New Domestic Graduate Student Orientation (for domestic students) will take place in-person on September 2, 2026. All new domestic students will receive an invitation in late July to join us for an introductory event regarding graduate education at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. The new graduate student orientation is a joint effort by the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Graduate Studies and the designed to get you off to a good start in your graduate school experience. The event provides information about the resources available to you at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. You will have an opportunity to learn about the graduate education programs, processes for academic issues, recommendations for success, available graduate resources, and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø services.

*Please note: This is an orientation that only domestic students who have been accepted by 51³Ô¹ÏÍø can attend. They will require that they register for the event by August 15. Incoming international students have a separate virtual orientation hosted by the Office of Global Initiatives.

How do I register for the Fall 2026 New Domestic Graduate Student Orientation?
If you have been admitted to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø for Fall 2026 and would like to attend the Fall Orientation for New Domestic Graduate Students on September 2, 2026, an email will be sent out to you with the registration link.
Where do I park?
Please park at the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Parking Deck at 154 Summit Street (enter at Colden Street and Warren Street). For directions to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Campus, click here.
Where do I check in?
Check in at the Campus Center Ballroom (2nd Floor). Refer to the Campus Map.
What is the dress code?
This is a casual event but first impressions are important. Please dress in business casual attire.
Will food be served?
Yes, a light dinner will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate it when you register.
I am a new international graduate student. Can I also attend this?
No. Incoming international graduate students will have a separate virtual orientation, hosted by the Office of Global Initiatives, with similar information and a focus on the unique needs of international students.

As a full-time or part-time matriculated domestic graduate student with an admissions application on file, you may be eligible for some forms of financial aid. If you have not already done so, submit the . Be sure to enter 51³Ô¹ÏÍø's federal school code, 002621. Please contact the Office of the Registrar if you have questions about class offerings or your schedule. Reach out to your Graduate Academic Advisor for questions on your curriculum. If you do not know who your advisor is, please contact the Graduate Studies Office and we can assist you.
