Peer Wellness Coaching supports students optimal well-being by empowering them to make decisions, set goals, and take action to experience a satisfying life balance.
Services are provided by specially trained student coaches under the supervision of 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Campus Wellness Services.

Biofeedback is a computer program available to all students, staff, and faculty that uses finger sensors to get a read on your physical state and teaches you ways to self-regulate using mindful breathing.
