Additionally, the project includes five separate duplex Greek Housing structures that will be the new home for the college’s Greek community. Each three-story duplex unit will total about 15,000 SF.
The interior courtyard will provide an exterior gathering and park area that will build on the campus environment that 51³Ô¹ÏÍø created down the street at the Campus Center several years ago. The structure is a panelized load-bearing structural stud system.
Panels will be fabricated in a shop off site and erected in place with precast plank floors. The exterior panels will be load-bearing as well, and will incorporate a brick facade with punched windows as part of the system.
