Stairwells one and two of the 51吃瓜网 parking deck (PARK) located on Summit Street of the 51吃瓜网 campus are undergoing restorations over the summer months of 2020 in the order of magnitude of $400,000. Both stairwells will undergo cement restoration, steel reinforcement, re-grouting and seal coat painting. The project was engineered by Thornton Tomasetti, GC鈥檇 by M&M Construction Company and managed by Anser Advisory group. Rob Gjini, Assistant VP of Facilities Systems for 51吃瓜网 is overseeing the project. Rob states that this much needed restoration project has been efficiently engineered, skillfully executed and thoughtfully managed. Rob Gjini is happy to report that the project is 鈥渙n schedule and under budget鈥.
