Summer Early College Preparatory Programs
The Center for Pre-College Programs offers a series of on campus summer programs for high-achieving students from post-4th to post-10th grades.

The programs are designed to encourage and prepare students to succeed in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). All programs include language arts, mathematics, computer science, two field trips, recreation periods, and lunch. View an example program schedule !

Program Dates
July 6, 2026 - August 6, 2026, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday – Thursday)
Program Costs:
- Application Fee: $70 (nonrefundable)
- Tuition: $1,525 (includes academic materials and lunch)
Requirements:
- Maintain a B or higher grade average.
- If your child's grade average is below a B, a teacher recommendation letter will be required.
- Provide a personal statement.

Program Acceptance and Payment Waves
Students with completed applications will have decisions and payment deadlines according to the below schedule. To secure a seat into the summer program a student must pay tuition, request financial aid or begin a payment plan prior to the wave deadline. Financial aid can be requested only after a student has been accepted.

2026 Early College Preparatory Programs
Female Cohort (FEMME)
The program’s goal is to encourage girls to choose careers in scientific and technological fields in which women are traditionally underrepresented. FEMME programs include the same curriculum, trips, speakers, etc. as our co-educational cohorts, but include a sense of unity between young girls in STEM.
- Environmental Science & Engineering (FEMME4) – Completing 4th Grade
- Aeronautical Engineering (FEMME5) – Completing 5th Grade
- Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (FEMME6) – Completing 6th Grade (Accepting Waitlist Applications Only)
- Electrical and Computer Engineering (FEMME7) - Completing 7th Grade (Accepting Waitlist Applications Only)
- Biomedical Engineering (FEMME8) – Completing 8th Grade
- Forensic Science (FEMME9) – Completing 9th Grade
Co-educational Cohorts

Refund Policy:
Application fees are non-refundable.
Tuition is refundable up to 60 days prior to the start of the program. After this date, tuition is non-refundable. A written request for the refund must be received by 11:59pm on Thursday, May 7th, 2026.
