51³Ô¹ÏÍø welcomes all students, regardless of their immigration status, as part of our community. The noncitizen student population includes individuals holding a visa status (e.g. F, H, J, L), TPS beneficiaries, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, Dreamers, refugees and displaced students, undocumented students, and others.
While the Office of Global Initiatives provides general guidance, support, and resources, international students with legal questions about their immigration or visa status are advised to consult an immigration attorney.
This is a resource to provide general information, but is not a replacement for legal advice.
All students are welcome to apply to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø regardless of their citizenship or residency status. Undocumented students, DACA students, and mixed family status students receive the same consideration as any other 51³Ô¹ÏÍø applicant during the review process.
