At the 1st level entrance gate they should take a parking ticket from the machine, and are then allowed to park on any level. To gain access to the 9th and 10th floors for meetings they should go to the 5th floor and use the intercom (or call their host directly) and will need to be escorted up to the 9th or 10th floors.
There is a parking ticket validator located on the 10th floor at the first cubicle across from Suzanne Cascone’s desk (alcove 1026). The validator will remain in this location and will have posted instructions next to it outlining how to validate your guests parking ticket(s). They will need their tickets validated to exit the parking deck without having to pay.
This new process will allow personnel to validate guest parking tickets independently, rather than needing to locate a member of University Operations for assistance.
