51³Ô¹ÏÍø Administrative Center Parking
494 Broad Street (parking deck entrance at 494 Atlantic St)
At this time (and thru Summer 2025), anyone with an 51³Ô¹ÏÍø photo ID card (or mobile credential) can tap into the parking gates at the Administrative Center located at 494 Broad Street (parking deck entrance at 494 Atlantic St). You must then drive up to level 5 (or above) and tap into the parking gate for those floors located on level 5. There is no building parking fee for parking on levels 5 and above as 51³Ô¹ÏÍø leases that parking space. Floors 5 thru 8 have a private bank of elevators that can be used to access the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø office space on levels 9 and 10. You access those elevators (and floors) with your 51³Ô¹ÏÍø photo ID card (or mobile credential) as well.
Starting in Fall 2025, only 51³Ô¹ÏÍø people who are registered for/purchase 51³Ô¹ÏÍø parking permits will be able to tap into that parking area (on floors 5-8). Anyone else who wants to park in the building’s parking floors (1-4) for the day will need to buy daily parking thru the building parking kiosks.
